Our Story
ZHA Construction Co. started in 2010 as a small Islamabad-based contracting outfit and has grown into a company that manages the full construction lifecycle: corporate and residential building, project management, human resource and machinery deployment, and soil and concrete testing — all under one roof.
We work directly, not through layers of subcontractors. Our own machinery moves the earth, our own labour lays the block, and our own site engineers sign off on the soil and concrete testing that decides whether a design is safe to build. That's stayed true from our first residential project to the corporate and residential work we manage today.
Milestones
Started operations in Islamabad, taking on residential construction work with a small direct-labour team.
Invested in our own excavation and site machinery so projects no longer depended on rented equipment or outside crews.
Built out testing capability so every foundation and every batch of reinforcement is verified before it's built into a structure.
Expanded from residential builds into corporate construction, with dedicated project management for every site.

Habib Ullah Khan has led ZHA Construction Co. since its founding in 2010, growing it from a small Islamabad-based contracting outfit into a company trusted with corporate and residential builds across the city. Over sixteen years, he has personally overseen every stage of the construction lifecycle — site mobilisation, project management, human resource and machinery deployment, and the soil and concrete testing that grounds each design in real data.
His approach is direct: no layers of subcontractors, in-house machinery and labour on every site, and one accountable project manager tracking each build from groundbreaking to handover. That hands-on leadership is the reason ZHA's projects — from private residences to corporate structures and road works — are delivered on tested ground, on schedule, and to a standard the Director stands behind personally.
