Project Status
This residential build on Street 45, G-16/3, Islamabad is currently in its grey structure phase — column and slab work complete on the lower levels, with brickwork and framing progressing floor by floor. Our on-site team is running the project directly, with soil testing completed prior to excavation and concrete testing carried out on material batches before they're used.
As with every ZHA site, the project is overseen by a dedicated project manager and built using our own machinery and labour rather than outsourced crews — which is what lets us keep a live, accurate view of progress like this.
Project Status
This commercial project is currently under active construction, with structural and grey-structure work progressing across multiple floors. As with our residential sites, the build is run directly by our own team — our machinery, our labour, and our site engineers signing off on soil and concrete testing before every stage moves forward.
The project is tracked by a dedicated project manager from mobilisation through to handover, keeping budget, schedule and quality control in-house for the full build.
